AGE RESTRICTIONS

If you are 19 or older, you are eligible to make an order. 

SHIPPING TIMELINES

Please allow 1 business day to process and package all orders. For example, if you make an order on Monday, it will be out for delivery before the end of the day on Tuesday. All orders are shipped using Canada Post Shipping. In general, shipping takes 2-3 business days after your order has been processed. At times, there may be delays due to weather conditions and COVID-19. Please allow a few extra days for remote locations.

CHANGING ORDERS

If you would like to add or edit your order, you’ll need to e-mail [email protected] with the order number you would like cancelled and then send a new purchase order and e-mail transfer.

If you would like your order cancelled and it has not shipped out yet, please email [email protected] with your order number.

All order edits/cancels are made on a best-efforts basis.

MEASURES TAKEN WITH LOST OR MISHANDLED PARCELS

There are two likey scenarios that could have occurred:

  1. a) the postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox, or

  2. b) what often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.

If you do not get your package 2  days after the expected delivery date, or in the case of the COVID-19 pandemic, (4 days)  let us know and we will file a trace with the post office. Canada Post will file an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement(UP TO $75) free of charge.

The investigation involves contacting the addressee to confirm delivery, or to better understand how they receive their mail and, as applicable, if they checked:

  • with the front desk, security or mail room at the receiving address to see if someone else accepted the item on their behalf;

  • their Community Mail Box for the item or parcel compartment key;

  • around their property to see if the item was left in a safe location or in a mailbox attached to their home.

In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you become aware that the addressee has received the item before we contact you, simply reply to this e-mail indicating the item has been received.”

POLICY ON ELECTRICAL SALE ITEMS

When buying an electronic sale item please keep in mind it may have a shorter battery life. Secret Smoke is committed to bringing you value. However, if the sale item is priced very low, please be aware you will receive value but the battery may not last until the end.

A message from Canada Post :
To help minimize points of close contact in our communities, we will no longer be requesting signatures
for any deliveries to the door. This will eliminate the need for scanners and stylus pens to be passed back
and forth during the delivery process of these items.

• Instead, where possible, our delivery agents will apply our safe drop process. This means they will leave
these items in your mailbox or outside your door if it’s safe to do so. Where it’s not possible to safe drop,
our delivery agent will leave a notice card indicating the post office where you can pick up your items by
showing proof of identity.
